A welcoming creative gathering for children and teens with disabilities and additional support needs, alongside someone they trust. đź’•
Each month brings a new theme, a different hands-on activity, and a leadership principle woven into our time together. We’ll explore ideas like kindness, teamwork, confidence, communication, and making choices, all while enjoying the creative process at our own pace.
Projects may include candles, wax melts, decorative wax pieces, cement creations, room sprays, or soap. Activities will vary, with guided steps and opportunities for participants to make their creations their own.
There’s no pressure to create something perfect or make it look like anyone else’s. We’re here to explore, connect, and celebrate each person’s effort.
Monthly themes and activities will be announced on our social media, @litbyyenny, and in our newsletter.
Your ticket includes:
Admission for one child or teen and one supporting adult.
The month’s featured creative project.
All project materials and guided instruction.
A leadership lesson connected to the activity.
A parent, caregiver, or supporting adult must remain throughout the session and assist as needed. Project steps involving heat or materials requiring adult handling will be managed by the instructor or supporting adult.
